Russia is a State Signatory of the CTBT since 1996. There are many Russians working at the CTBTO since 2001. Communication with the CTBTO is important for many researchers and public. I cannot reach the CTBTO web site to check the IMS map. It looks like CTBTO is a threat to Russia.
